Active use
Clean and dry the area thoroughly then apply a thin, even layer two to three times daily. Begin at the first signs of itching, redness, or burning and allow the cream to fully absorb before dressing.
Prevention
Continue once daily for one to two weeks after symptoms improve to help prevent recurrence. Wear breathable fabrics and avoid prolonged dampness.
Athletes and active routine
Shower and dry fully after training. Change out of damp clothing quickly and avoid tight layers that trap moisture and heat.
